Robert is a proud graduate of Alma High School with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. A 34-year U.S. Army veteran, he trained extensively in communications, logistics, and engineering operations—skills that now serve him well in running a detail-focused, dependable business.
After retiring from the military, Robert spent 16 years in the steel mill industry, further sharpening his knowledge of durable materials and precision workmanship. He’s at his best working outdoors and with his hands, and he brings years of hands-on experience installing privacy fences, chain link, welded wire, and barbed wire.
Whether the job calls for strength, precision, or problem-solving, Robert approaches every project with the same dedication and pride he’s carried throughout his career.
Rob Harness
Rob is a graduate of Alma High School with a drive for excellence and a passion for working outdoors. Known for his ambition and approachable nature, he enjoys meeting new people and turning their ideas into finished projects they can be proud of.
With over a decade of fence construction experience, Rob first honed his skills in the oil fields, building durable fences designed to handle tough conditions. He later transitioned into residential fencing, where he gained expertise in privacy fences, chain link, welded wire, cattle panel, and barbed wire installations.
In addition to his hands-on craftsmanship, Rob brings valuable experience in heavy equipment operation, project management, operations oversight, and scheduling. His ability to blend technical skill with project efficiency ensures every fence is built on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
